Community Detectives

The students worked in groups where they read clues and looked carefully at all of the pictures to find what type of community each location was. 
I loved how well each of the groups worked together to find their answers.  They discussed each community giving specific examples why they thought their answers matched the clues.  I am so proud of them!

Welcome Back to School!

I am so excited to teach third grade and to work with this amazing group of kids!  This year our school theme is "Let it Shine"!  We want to focus on allowing God's Word to shine in us and through us so that we can be a light in this world.  Here we are our school dedication on the very first day!
